What the SEC Might Look Like If It Did Its Job

Bloomberg's Susan Antilla has an interesting article on the SEC. While I am not an advocate of putting investors in control of the SEC, which would undoubtedly do more harm than good, the idea of removing the Enforcement Division and putting it into the Justice Department deserves some consideration.
